Nuance has just been named a finalist in the seventh annual Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service Technology Partner of the Year. Nina Mobile, the intelligent virtual assistant that is transforming the way enterprises can deliver mobile customer service, stole the spotlight as one of only a handful of finalists from more than 1100 companies nominated.

Nina has been recognized for uniquely addressing enterprises’ evolving customer service needs by enabling them to provide virtual assistant capabilities to existing Apple iOS and Google Android mobile applications. Companies partnering with Nuance such as USAA, the leading insurance and financial services provider to U.S. military members and their families, are using Nina to enable speech-based and human-like interactions with the mobile app, greatly enhancing the self-service experience for their customers.
