Financial advisors, for instance, say that the due diligence required to meet regulatory compliance will increase their administrative workload by 63%. And in a recent survey, an overwhelming 89% indicated that heavy documentation limits the valuable face-time with clients.
We saw this same issue arise with a sizeable mid-western state police department we recently worked with. Facing ever-increasing documentation at the state and federal level, they were looking for ways to better automate their reporting process.
